Avansys ReFrameX™ · Structured Reframing

A step-by-step method for complex problems.

Trademark application filed · registration pendingAI powered · human-supervised gates

ReFrameX™ is the method that keeps organizations from committing resources to the wrong problem. Most structured-thinking methods carry one or two of the moves required to synthesize a complex solution. ReFrameX™ is the first portable discipline to integrate them into a single scaffold, so the deliverable is rigorous in every dimension, not only one. The integration is the invention.

Human iteration is required at every move. The intake gate pushes back when the problem is too thin or falls outside what the method can address, an unusual discipline for a commercial tool to enforce on its own buyer.

Portable across domains

One discipline that operates on policy, strategy, organizational design, contract structure, or product architecture, without re-tooling.

Human judgment, preserved

A scaffold that sharpens decisions rather than automating them away. Judgment is held at every step, not delegated.

Anchored, not improvised

Grounded in established research on how experts actually think, so conclusions are defensible rather than merely clever.
